Please complete this form to request space for your event or activity. All requests are subject to review and approval by church leadership.

We will review your requested dates, facility needs, and any additional services or equipment needed. You can expect a response within one week of submitting your request.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval or reserve your requested date.

If your request is approved, we will contact you with any applicable fees, insurance requirements, and a Facility Use Agreement to complete before your event is officially confirmed.

Equipment & Setup Needs

Joy Fellowship may have tables, chairs, and other approved equipment available for your event. Please let us know what you will need ahead of time so we can confirm availability.

Event organizers are generally responsible for setting up and returning equipment to its designated location. If you require assistance from church personnel, please indicate that below.

Church-provided setup and takedown assistance is not guaranteed and will involve an additional fee. Any assistance must be approved and arranged in advance.

Please let us know if your event will require any audio, visual, or media equipment.

Church sound, lighting, TV or projector screens, and other specialized systems may only be operated by approved, trained personnel. If your event requires assistance from a church media team member, staffing must be confirmed before facility use can be approved.

Media assistance will require an additional fee based on the services requested and the time involved. Availability is not guaranteed.

Food, Kitchen & Cleaning

We have lovely facilities available if you are in need of a cooking space. Please let us know if this is something that you will be needing during the time of your event.

Please understand that cleaning up after your event is your responsibility. If you expect to have additional cleaning needs, or you would prefer to pay an extra fee to have take-down and/or clean-up done for you, be sure to let us know before the official booking.

If my request is approved, I may be required to complete a Facility Use Agreement and provide additional documentation or payment before the event is confirmed.
